We produce and serve artisan breads, pastries, cakes, savouries and delicatessen products.

Our range includes some classic and traditional bakes with some modern twists and some niche products. Owned by a family that is passionate about great food and produce. Run and developed by a team of dedicated Bakers and foodies. We strive to create and serve quality products that are made with the love and the attention they deserve.

Where possible, our aim and ethos is to:

  • Handcraft.
  • Use traditional & artisan techniques, methods and recipes.
  • Make from scratch.
  • Use organic.
  • Avoid additives, improvers and other unnecessary ‘nasties’.
  • Source, supply and support local

Bread

We use a range flours from Shipton Mill, a speciality, organic miller based in Gloucestershire. We use carefully crafted flour blends and a slow fermentation processes to create specific flavours, textures and structures for our bakes. Our nurtured, natural yeasts are maintained using traditional methods and simple, but high quality ingredients.

The high grade organic flours provide all of the essential nutrients and properties that are fundamental to our bread & baking practices.

Our enriched doughs use the best ingredients that are readily available.

Where possible, we hand craft and shape. We devote the care and attention that is fundamental in achieving the quality of our artisan products.

We also use flour from Lurgashall Mill, a local 17th century traditional watermill.

We aim to create a range of breads to suit every taste. Think loaded Foccacias, delicious Sourdoughs, perfect White & Granary loaves, the perfect BBQ breads to whet your appetite.

Pastries, cakes, savoury & sweet bakes

As well as our artisan breads, we offer a range of cakes, pastries and savouries. As with our bread range, we offer an enticing mix of traditional & bakery classics with some modern twists and turns.

Our sweet treats have been lovingly made from tried and tested recipes, some new and some that have been perfected over years. Our pastries are a feast to behold.

Our Croissants have been made from scratch, on-site with high end butter to give them a fabulous flavour. Be quick or they will be sold out!

Think hand crafted sausages rolls; traditional French Croque Monsieur, Cheese topped Brioche & sourdough toasties.

We continue our relationship with Origin Coffee & bring you delicious hand crafted coffee for takeaway alongside your breads, cakes & bakes. Enjoy in our outdoor space.
